Over the past decade, I've built new teams, led enterprise-scale digital health and SaaS initiatives, and managed multi-million-dollar portfolios across complex, regulated environments. I'm often brought in by senior leaders when programs are cross-functional, fast-moving, or unclear—and when success depends on alignment, trust, and disciplined execution.

One of my strengths is creating clarity where it doesn’t yet exist. I work closely with executive and frontline teams to define core problems and establish a structure that helps to remove friction and maintain momentum throughout program delivery. My background spans enterprise SaaS, customer-facing programs, clinical operations, and internal transformation, giving me a practical understanding of how strategy becomes operational reality.

While I'm a New Orleanian at heart, Boston is home. I live with my husband, Jason, and our two tuxedo cats, Kiki & Rory. In my free time, you can find me reading, running, traveling or connecting with friends and family. ​​
